A batch of quality replica Yeezy 500 Bone White (FB3573) recently infiltrated a few well known reseller platforms. We managed to acquire a pair, and after a detailed examination, found it almost identical to the real shoe. Most of the inconsistencies we spotted were on the inside label.
First, the layout of the inside label on the replica is different. Note the manufacturing date June 2019 on the real shoe versus July 2019 on the replica. They layout of adidas' labels depend on the manufacturing date. The 2018-19 label was updated in 2019, which saw its font and overall design refreshed. In the first picture, the forward slash beneath "US" on the replica label is one straight slash, while the real label - the newer version featuring a different font - uses a slightly wobbly forward slash.
The replica shoe tries to imitate the new label, but uses the old font reserved for the 2018 label. As you can see, the number "2" in "255" and "250" on the real and replica are different.
Provided it is a Made in China Yeezy 500, the main thing to look out for with the shoebox is the text. The numbers should be round and clear, but not bold to the point it is blurry (like the replica for example). The product description (Chinese text) should be in a light font, and not bolded.
A real insole has lots of black dots on the back that are spread evenly. The red and yellow sections should be inflated but not sticking out of the insole.
The year it was manufactured can affect the points mentioned above, which only apply to Yeezys with the newer inside label.
