LEGIT APP employs a rigorous authentication process to ensure the accuracy of our results. An "AUTHENTIC" result is issued only when our expert authenticators carefully examine all provided photos and find no evidence of replica features.
We understand that certain items may undergo maintenance or repairs, resulting in the replacement of components. In such cases, we will inform the customer via email and provide a detailed explanation of the modifications.
REPLICA
What are the criteria for a "REPLICA" result?
Being REPLICA for any of the provided photos
LEGIT APP employs a rigorous authentication process to ensure the accuracy of our results. If our expert authenticators identify any replica elements in the provided photos, even if they are accessories, the overall item will be classified as "REPLICA."
For cases with "REPLICA" result, our experts put crosses ❌ on photos of the problematic parts and we also provide the Replica Score to determine the risk level of the item by our AI analysis.
This strict approach protects our customers by preventing the purchase of counterfeit goods, regardless of the specific component that exhibits replica characteristics.
INCONCLUSIVE
An inconclusive result is rare and occurs when there are insufficient or unclear images to make a definitive determination. This could be due to missing photos of important areas or inconsistencies in our experts' assessments. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, we only issue conclusive results when all our experts are in complete agreement.
If your result was inconclusive, the system will automatically refund the tokens used for the authentication to your wallet.
