Starting with the appearance, the real flower has flat, even petals. The replica on the other hand uses a different material, and the proportion of the "smiley face" is off.

Flipping to the back, the real flower has neat and tight stitches, and a unique glossy texture under the light. The replica has messy stitches and a rushed finish overall.
