First the exterior of the hoody - the stitching of the shark's teeth are closely packed together on the real item, and the fabric used is more delicate. The glue patterns and stitching on the replica on the other hand, are very different. 

On the washing label, where the brand's gold logo is placed, is marked with a series of obvious vertical lines, and the ape's silhouette is clear and bright. The replica's is much duller and the vertical lines are not as pronounced.
