Michel Parmigiani, a young watchmaker and restorer, opens in 1976 “Mesure et Art du Temps,” a traditional workshop devoted to restoring antique timepieces. While plying this trade, he indulges his creative impulses by designing and crafting complex timekeeping creations of his own.
