Our warehouses are specifically designed for collectibles, with a focus on secure storage and careful handling. We look after your handbags from arrival until you arrange their next shipment, so you can store with confidence.

How it works

Choose from our warehouses in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Taipei. Contact us to confirm your preferred location and arrange your return details before sending an item. Your customer can then return their handbag to the selected warehouse, where it will be received and stored until you arrange shipment.

Fees start only when an item arrives at the warehouse. If no items arrive, there is no storage charge.

One simple annual fee

Storage costs US$10 per item for each year or part of a year, starting on the date the item arrives. Each handbag is counted separately, even when several arrive in the same parcel.

The full annual fee applies even if an item leaves within a year. Unused storage time is not refunded. If the item remains in storage beyond its annual period, a further US$10 is charged for the next year.

An item that leaves the warehouse and is later returned starts a new storage period and incurs a new annual fee.

No extra handling fees

There is no additional inbound or outbound handling fee. Shipping to or from the warehouse is charged separately and is paid by the merchant. Contact us to arrange shipment when you are ready to have an item sent out.

Designed for handbag returns

Standard pricing applies to regular-sized handbags. Please contact us before sending oversized travel bags, luggage, or items requiring special storage so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Warehouse storage does not include authentication. Any authentication service must be arranged separately.
